We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive lead generation and sales pipeline growth. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart a career in sales and business development within the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients across industries
Execute outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
Qualify leads based on business needs and interest level
Schedule meetings between prospects and sales leadership
Track leads and activities in the CRM system
Partner with marketing to support campaigns and lead flow
Monitor market trends and provide actionable feedback
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
Basic knowledge of IT services and eagerness to learn
Previous sales or customer-facing experience (a plus)
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)

Compensation: $40,000–$45,000 annual base salary + performance bonuses
