TBest Services Inc. is seeking an Account Manager on behalf of our client in Baltimore, MD. This PMO position focuses on client relationship management, seamless project coordination, and overall account performance.
The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring effective communication, high-quality service delivery, and long-term client satisfaction. Working closely with project managers and technical teams, this role emphasizes account oversight, proactive problem-solving, and building trusted client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Communication
Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.
Address inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly.
Provide regular updates on service delivery, milestones, and outcomes.
Lead Monthly Service Reviews and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews.
Coordination & Project Support
Partner with project managers to translate client needs into clear deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources, timelines, and priorities.
Track tasks, dependencies, and follow-ups across multiple accounts.
Account Oversight & Growth
Monitor client satisfaction and account performance.
Maintain accurate documentation, agreements, and performance reports.
Identify risks, improvement opportunities, and areas for growth.
Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
Process & PMO Support
Assist in developing and refining account management processes.
Document meeting notes, action items, and progress updates.
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in account management, client success, or service delivery.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively coordinate between clients and internal teams.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in data analysis and performance reporting.
Familiarity with project management concepts and PMO operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
Experience with Kaseya PSA or similar CRM/PSA platforms preferred.
Certifications such as CompTIA Project+, PMI CAPM, or equivalent are a plus.
