As a Software Engineer on this team, you will build high-quality, scalable, and reusable code while following best practices in architecture, testing, and code reviews. You will collaborate with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to define requirements, refine scope, deliver new products and features, enhance existing applications, shape intuitive user experiences, and explore integrating AI capabilities. Your role includes troubleshooting production issues, mentoring peers, and contributing to a culture of engineering excellence. Successful candidates bring 8+ years of software engineering experience (or 6+ with a Master’s), strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript, solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and performance optimization, experience supporting production systems, and a reflective approach to integrating AI into workflows or decision-making. Experience with modern UI frameworks (Angular, React, Vue), ServiceNow platform features, AI-powered tools, web technologies, and security-focused engineering is a plus.
