Full job description
We welcome military service members transitioning to civilian careers to join our 10-week program for a hands-on consulting experience. You’ll work with Bain teams on real client projects while gaining valuable skills and industry insights. This in-person program offers networking, mentorship, and a pathway to transition your military leadership to business.

Experience what it’s like to work as a strategy consultant. You’ll participate in several days of training where our team will help build core consulting skills such a business acumen and communication. Then you’ll be staffed on a case team. Throughout the summer, you’ll get to know the people in your office and across regions, and connect with leaders in our Veterans at Bain community.

How to apply for this program
This program is for military SkillBridge participants with over five years of service and a bachelor’s, master’s, or MBA degree. This 10-week internship is available at our Chicago and Texas offices in June – August 2025.
