About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Process Engineer to support our engineering and production teams in improving manufacturing processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a technical or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing, evaluating, and improving existing production processes.
Collect, review, and document process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities for optimization.
Support the development and implementation of new procedures, workflows, and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering.
Assist with troubleshooting equipment, workflow, or quality-related issues.
Prepare reports, process documentation, and technical summaries as needed.
Monitor performance metrics to ensure continuous process optimization.
Support safety initiatives and help ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Participate in testing, validating, and implementing new tools or technologies.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or relevant hands-on experience).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, diagrams, or schematics.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, or process engineering principles.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Preferred (Not Required)
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or process-focused role.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with data collection or process monitoring tools.
