We are seeking an Associate Program Manager for our client, a leading manufacturer in industrial automation and advanced manufacturing. This role is designed for an early-career professional who wants to grow into full program ownership. You will support customer programs from planning through delivery, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned customer programs from quote through delivery
Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
Prepare and maintain accurate reports, documentation, and status updates
Act as a primary contact for clients and vendors, ensuring strong communication
Coordinate efforts across engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams
Capture and distribute meeting notes, project milestones, and action items
Monitor budgets and assist with cost-control activities
Identify risks, escalate concerns, and support mitigation strategies
Apply program management tools and practices to strengthen delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, client services, or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with industrial automation systems (PLCs, robotics, control systems) preferred
Knowledge of lean principles and manufacturing processes (a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software (MS Project, Jira) and CRM/ERP systems is helpful
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
