The Batch Preparator role involves weighing and preparing raw materials for seasoning batches based on production schedules.

First Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Second Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
Starting Pay:Â $19/hour

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately measure, label, and organize materials for batch production.
Follow production schedules closely to prioritize and complete batch preparations.
Securely store unused materials and ensure they are returned to the proper storage locations by material handlers.
Prepare and maintain workstations, weighing equipment, and necessary supplies daily.
Adhere to cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the workspace.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Warehouse experience, particularly in food manufacturing.
Machine operator experience is preferred.
Skills:
Attention to detail.
Dependability and a sense of urgency.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively at all levels.
Basic math and problem-solving abilities.
Must be able to read, write, and understand English
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and walk long distances.
Capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying heavy items up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform tasks involving extended arm movements and manual dexterity.
Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
Ability to work in noisy, dusty environments and withstand temperature extremes.
