TBest Services is seeking a high-performing Major Account Executive – Data Center for our client, a leading provider of contract manufacturing, assemble-to-order solutions, and custom turnkey design services. The company partners with Tier 1 OEMs to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions across mission-critical industries, including data centers, power infrastructure, and advanced industrial applications.
This role will drive strategic growth within Tier 1 OEM customers in the data center ecosystem and is responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding key accounts by selling contract manufacturing, assemble-to-order, and full turnkey design solutions.
The ideal candidate brings deep industry expertise in power distribution, data centers, and related infrastructure, along with a proven track record of selling into large enterprise OEMs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans for Tier 1 OEM customers in the data center, power infrastructure, and heating/cooling markets
Identify and close new business opportunities for contract manufacturing, ATO assemble-to-order, and turnkey engineering solutions
Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across customer organizations, including engineering, procurement, operations, and leadership
Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver customized, high-value solutions
Drive the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution development, proposal, negotiation, and closing
Stay ahead of market trends in data center infrastructure, power systems, and OEM supply chains
Achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets
Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of experience selling into enterprise or Tier 1 OEM customers
Proven success in complex, consultative sales environments
Strong background in data center infrastructure, power distribution systems, electrical/mechanical assemblies, or contract manufacturing
Demonstrated ability to navigate large organizations and close high-value deals
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate customer needs into engineered solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40%
Preferred Experience
Experience selling custom engineered or build-to-print solutions
Existing relationships within hyperscale data center operators or OEM ecosystem
Background working with power, energy, or mission-critical systems

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $120,000–$180,000, depending on experience
Target OTE: $275,000+
