MIKI HOUSE USA is a premium children's clothing brand from Japan, known for its high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Part-Time Store Associate to join our team at our Tangram location.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience. Assist customers with product selection and sizing. Achieve store sales goals. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and product displays. Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment. Support store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives. Perform opening and closing duties as assigned. Provide support for online orders.
Qualifications
Previous retail sales experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred. Availability to work weekends and holidays.
