Schedule
- Part-time, 10–30 hours per week (1–3 shifts)
- Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (10 hours)
- Days needed: Monday – Friday (1-3 days per week)

- The Role
- Run the front counter, help guests get gaming, solve basic PC and game issues, and keep the floor clean and ready
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests, run the POS, and get them set up at their stations
- Troubleshoot basic PC, peripheral, and game issues (launch errors, headsets, accounts, lag)
- Keep the floor, stations, and restrooms clean and reset between guests
- Enforce center rules calmly and professionally
- Open or close the store following our checklist
- Help keep the center a welcoming place for the gaming community
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware, software, and popular games
- Must be at least 18 years old by your first day of work (this role includes independent closing responsibility)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- College enrollment or coursework preferred, but not required
