Job Description

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a People Services Digital Consumerization Lead to reimagine how employees and People managers interact with HR tools and processes, serving as an employee advocate and UX champion within the People Services Organization. This role focuses on designing intuitive, consumer-grade experiences that reduce the need for documentation or support, leveraging AI and predictive analytics to anticipate employee needs and improve service delivery. Key responsibilities include partnering with People process owners and HRIS teams, facilitating co-design sessions, empathy mapping, journey mapping, usability testing, simplifying complex workflows, developing prototypes, embedding guidance, benchmarking against best practices, establishing feedback loops, and collaborating cross-functionally with IT, HRIS, Digital Workplace, Communications, and People program leads. Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in employee experience, HR operations, or UX design, strong grasp of design thinking and human-centered design principles, experience simplifying complex processes, expertise in qualitative research methods, excellent communication and influence skills, and familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS tools. Preferred qualifications include experience in HR transformation or digital adoption projects, a background in service or product design, and familiarity with tools like Figma, Mural, or Qualtrics. This role is based in Tampa, FL, with a salary range of $122,910–$148,938, plus additional incentives and stock opportunities, and eligibility for BMS’s comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k), paid time off, family care services, tuition reimbursement, and recognition programs. BMS supports flexible work arrangements, reasonable accommodations, and an inclusive, equitable, and safe workplace, with guidance on on-site, hybrid, or remote work depending on role requirements, and strongly recommends all employees maintain up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations.
