Pfizer is seeking a Procurement Coordinator (Source-to-Pay Sr. Associate) to support vendor management, sourcing, and contracting practices in alignment with company policies, while maximizing supplier performance and stakeholder value. This role involves engaging with regional and local stakeholders, providing guidance on procurement needs and best practices, interacting with Category Management, Program Operations, and Business Engagement teams, and supporting execution of sourcing strategies and program processes. Responsibilities include managing contract renewals, conducting end-to-end bid events, evaluating suppliers, and performing spend and PO data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement (1+ year for MBA/MS), proficiency in PowerPoint and relevant software, experience with indirect procurement, vendor management systems, contract negotiations, analytical skills (e.g., Excel, Access), and strong communication skills in business English. The role requires hybrid work in Tampa, FL (2–3 days onsite) with a 40-hour workweek. Compensation ranges from $27 to $33 per hour, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, supplemental life insurance, 401(k), and commuter benefits.
