We are seeking a Software Product Delivery Manager to lead a software delivery team focused on patient engagement products, employing modern technologies, architectures, and agile methodologies to design and deliver user-centered solutions that improve patient experiences and treatment outcomes. In this role, you will leverage leadership, strategy, and technical expertise to guide application development, oversee resourcing and budgeting, solve complex problems, and ensure successful delivery. You will collaborate with Product Owners and Managers to shape roadmaps, align features with business value, foster a collaborative team culture, mentor team members, and continuously enhance software engineering processes for greater efficiency and quality. To succeed, you should have experience leading complex software projects from inception to production, a strong background in software delivery and agile methodologies, proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence, and the ability to manage multiple projects while influencing cross-functional teams. Candidates should also bring strong communication and strategic thinking skills, an understanding of web development, AI/ML, and data engineering concepts, and experience growing engineering teams. Basic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least 5 years in software delivery leadership, and experience with web and cloud technologies. This full-time role is based in Indianapolis, IN (relocation required), with an anticipated salary range of $154,500–$226,600 plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), pension, healthcare, life insurance, vacation, and well-being programs.
