We are seeking a technology development consultant to review our current programs and processes, and provide an analysis of process adjustments we could make to enhance our productivity, communication and client services.
In addition, we are looking for someone who can create a client portal for our team, using a program such as softr to integrate into our technology procedures.
Duties
- collaborate and interview team in order to establish pain points of processes
- evaluate current programs and procedures to evaluate the same
- submit reports to assist in updating procedures and programs
- Create a client portal that will be used moving forward for client communications
Experience
- proficient in various software programs
- Proficient in web development
- experience with teamwork, softr, monday, click-up or similar program(s)
- Experience working with a team, developing procedures
- Proficient in computer technology, software and hardware
