Siemens is seeking a remote Software Solutions and Launch Excellence Professional to help drive sustainable progress through technology by combining the real and digital worlds. This role will focus on package development, cross-functional collaboration, requirements management, LCB enablement, solution design governance, and partner package development to accelerate adoption and revenue growth of Building X solutions. Responsibilities include designing modular solution packages, aligning strategies across technical units, capturing and prioritizing requirements, acting as a liaison with Local Country Businesses, providing governance to solution architects, and co-developing offerings with ecosystem partners. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, at least 4 years of experience in product or solution packaging, enablement, or technical sales, and the ability to work cross-functionally while influencing without authority. Up to 50% travel may be required, and applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience in a global, matrixed organization. The salary range is $98,630 to $169,080 annually plus a 10% target incentive, with actual pay depending on experience and location.
