Eaton’s IS AER FED division is seeking a Supply Chain Scheduling Supervisor at our Jackson, MI facility. This role leads and executes the conversion of the Master Schedule into a one-to-four-week operational schedule, aligning with internal manufacturing capacity. Responsibilities include customer service activities, audits, training direct reports on business systems and reports, level loading daily production schedules, analyzing resource capacity, optimizing throughput, minimizing cycle time, achieving on-time delivery, coordinating with functional groups including Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Purchasing, prioritizing daily workflow, setting resource priorities, developing scheduling procedures, analyzing data, managing order execution systems like MFGPro, evaluating production schedulers’ performance, supporting continuous improvement, coordinating with customer service and demand teams, and participating in site Physical Inventory. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years supply chain experience, 1+ year manufacturing experience, U.S. work authorization, and U.S. person status due to export regulations. Preferred qualifications: degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering, experience with SAP, Power BI, and Power Query. Position success criteria include knowledge of lean manufacturing, MRP/ERP, and MFG Pro, excellent communication, collaborative work style, ability to implement corporate initiatives, and change management skills. Salary range: $93,750.03 – $137,500.04 annually.
