Tesla is seeking a Payment Operations Analyst to join our Finance Team, focusing on accounts payable and travel & expense (T&E) processes. This role analyzes payment activity, invoice data, and expense information to ensure accuracy and compliance, while supporting KPIs and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze payments and invoices, reconcile accounts, develop ad-hoc reports, identify process gaps, implement improvements, execute daily payment transactions, maintain escheatment processes, and collaborate with cross-functional payment teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent, 5+ years in accounts payable, 2+ years in finance project management, 1–2 years T&E experience, ERP knowledge (AX Dynamics preferred), proficiency in global banking payment methods, and strong communication skills.
