Meta Power Solutions is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Medium Voltage Transformers, Low Voltage Switchboards, Medium Voltage Switchgear, and Mobile & Containerized Substations, serving industries such as utilities, renewable energy, Electric Vehicle charging stations, and industrial applications. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and a high-performing team. As Sales Manager, you will mentor and inspire a sales team of 7 local and 4 offshore salespersons, develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer relationships, implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities in utilities, renewable energy, EV charging stations, and industrial sectors, cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, production, and customer support.
Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, strong leadership and team management skills, experience in tracking and improving sales KPIs, electrical industry experience preferred but not required, exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, and a results-oriented, self-motivated individual with a drive to succeed.
