Our warehouse is the heart of our operation — every shipment, order, and customer experience starts here. Position Overview We’re looking for a reliable, high-energy Warehouse Associate who can handle physical work, operate a forklift safely, and take pride in keeping the warehouse organized and running smoothly. Schedule/Hours: Part-time/Full-time, Monday – Friday (No weekend)
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move tile boxes and pallets (up to 60 lbs ) safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
- Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce and wholesale orders for shipment
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve warehouse flow and efficiency
- May perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience (tile, flooring, or building materials a plus)
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Dependable, punctual, and proactive — we value a can-do attitude
- Basic computer or scanner skills for order processing
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Licenses and Certifications
Valid driver’s license.
