Comcast Business is seeking a Sales Engineer – Government & Education to provide subject matter expertise, design, and implementation of complex data networks, managed services, voice solutions, and security technologies for public sector customers. This role collaborates with Account Executives to market Comcast’s products, support RFP responses, design technical solutions, and deliver presentations, workshops, and training.
Responsibilities: Technical support and problem resolution, solution design, customer presentations, sales strategy support, and coordination with engineering and product teams. Participate in seminars, trade shows, and technology transfer activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in network design, managed services, or sales engineering. Familiarity with public sector requirements, Cisco/Fortinet certifications, and advanced networking/security solutions. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
