We are currently seeking a Night Shift Material Handler , with the below qualifications:
- Professional Attributes
- Movement & preparation of all raw materials and finished product for manufacturing
- Assists technician and Inspector Packers when needed
- Disposal of waste to proper container and regrind product as required
- Prepares finished product for warehouse
- Housekeeping and organization of facility
- Recordkeeping and documentation for shipping and receiving
- Operate all material handling equipment
- Replace films on machines and tools as required
- All other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Maintain and improve a safe working environment
- Participate in problem solving & improvement teams
- Maintain proper amount of additive at machine (color, etc.)
- Desired Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Forklift experience a plus, but can be trained on the job
- Previous plastics experience preferred
