Junior Staff Accountant

Our client is a fast-growing technology solutions provider delivering services that extend beyond traditional managed IT — including digital marketing, data analytics, compliance, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.

We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Junior Staff Accountant to join the finance and operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting, proven organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

Manage subscription-based revenue models, ensuring accurate invoicing and reconciliations.
Administer accounts payable, general ledger, and conduct bank/credit card reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting standards.
Oversee the accounting mailbox to streamline communication and issue resolution.

Operations

Support procurement and vendor management processes.
Identify and mitigate financial risks to maintain business continuity.
Participate in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Collaboration & Process Optimization

Partner with cross-functional teams to drive automation and system enhancements.
Engage in cross-training with other departments to broaden organizational knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred).
2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in IT services, SaaS, or technology environments.
Familiarity with subscription-based revenue models and SaaS financial metrics.
Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems).
Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven setting.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Experience with IT service delivery tools/PSA systems (Autotask, ConnectWise) is a plus.
