The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed. Filtering oil fryers daily Maintaining outside grounds Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms. Unload delivery truck 2 times a week Take out and empty trash cans and cardboard. Change light bulbs Change HVAC/Exhaust filters and clean roof of debris Report to each shift on time and ready to work, timeliness and positive attitude influences our customers and co-workers alike. Report to all shifts wearing a neat and clean uniform. Follow food safety procedures according to company policies, and health and sanitation regulations. Be willing to be cross-trained and be flexible in your schedule to ensure seamless service. Interact pleasantly and courteously with each customer and greet every customer with a smile.
