Job Description

A leading electronic manufacturing and automation company is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Supervisor to oversee production, assembly, and maintenance operations. This role requires a hands-on leader with expertise in electro-mechanical systems, automation, and industrial electronics. The ideal candidate will have experience in control panel assembly, PCB soldering, cable and wire harness fabrication, and automated manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the assembly of conveyors, control panels, wire harnesses, and electro-mechanical systems.
Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment.
Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for production and equipment issues, implementing corrective actions.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and enhance system performance.
Train and mentor technicians on soldering techniques, automation equipment, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to improve manufacturability and product quality.

Qualifications

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in electronic manufacturing, automation, or industrial assembly, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in control panel wiring, PCB soldering, and cable/wire harness assembly.
Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems, automation equipment, and industrial electronics.
Experience troubleshooting PLCs, robotics, and automated manufacturing systems.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly blueprints.

Problem-Solving: Proven experience diagnosing and resolving complex manufacturing issues.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
