Requirements
Summary: Looking for full-time ready mix drivers for our ready mix concrete operations in Delaware and Maryland Qualifications:
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively
- 1 year of related experience or training preferred, not required
- Class A or B driver's license with airbrakes (or ability to add airbrakes)
- Current DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one)
- No DUI's within the last 5 years
- Minimal moving violations
- Good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain respectful relationships with other staff and customers
- Interpreting written information such as safety rules, sales tickets, and operating instructions
Responsibilities
- Safely drive concrete mixer truck
- Show up on time for work and to the job site
- Deliver our product to customers
- Unload product according to customer direction
- Maintain clean truck
- Maintain clean driving record
- Friendly, cooperative interactions with coworkers and customers
- Communicate location and status to dispatcher
