Hi, this is Japanese grocery store. We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing payments, and managing the cash register. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to handle customer inquiries in a professional manner. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers and is committed to providing exceptional service.

- *9am – 2 or 3pm
- *11am – 5 or 6pm
- *3pm to 10pm
- *5pm to 10pm
Responsibilities
*Greet customers and answer their questions. *Process customer payments accurately and efficiently. *Maintain a clean and organized work area. *Keep track of inventory and restock shelves as needed. *Provide excellent customer service. *Assist customers with returns and exchanges. *Be knowledgeable about the store's products and services.

- *High school or equivalent
- Knowledge of Japanese Culture, Reading, Speaking and Writing in Japanese a plus
