Sales & Trading Associate – Baltimore, MD

In this role, you will support transactions with existing international customers by building relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing customer needs, identifying material for sale, creating sales/purchase contracts, and managing the release and shipment of material. You will also have the opportunity to travel to customers and develop new costumers and solutions.

Upon joining, you will have the opportunity to go through our training program where we will teach you about steel, international supply chains, and sales techniques.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop an annual business plan
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and solutions
  • Manage a balanced distribution network
  • Understand the complete supply chain and successfully influence decision-makers at all levels to maximize sales potential
  • Communicate and coordinate activities with teammates
  • Fulfill corporate administrative requirements and record activity through company systems

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or comparable work experience
  • Competitiveness, flexibility and resilience to succeed in international business
  • Self-motivated and confident with desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization
  • Ability to work both independently and as a productive member of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional image
  • Strong ties to the Baltimore area

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, plus participation in incentive program
