Requirements:
- Highly personable, talk clearly and intelligibly.
- Outstanding customer service
- Proficient at all residential service/repairs
- Proficient at all residential installations (Water heaters, toilets, etc.)
- Highly motivated with a drive to be the best
- Have a minimum of 4 years in the residential service industry as a lead tech
- Boiler knowledge a plus
- Water conditioning knowledge a plus
