Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Deliver a personalized, luxury experience tailored to each client
Showcase and demonstrate Mercedes-Benz vehicles with deep product knowledge and enthusiasm
Build lasting relationships through multiple touchpoints: in-person, phone, email, and digital platforms
Present tailored pricing options and handle negotiation with professionalism and transparency
Maintain the highest ethical standards in every interaction
Stay current with the latest product, technology, and brand training
Sales Associate Qualifications:
A self-starter with a passion for premium client service
Proven success in luxury/highline automotive sales
Refined communication and client engagement skills
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 violations in the last 3 years)
