Pay Range: $93,000 – $105,000

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD, using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need

Provide direct therapy services to children with ASD, including parent-child interactions, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction techniques

Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans

Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and junior BCBAs to ensure high-quality services
-
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy and ASD treatment
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Schedule:

Full-Time: 30+hours/week or Part-Time Available -
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Maryland Licensure
-
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with ASD and their families

Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories, and interventions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
