Monster Mini Golf is an indoor, glow-in-the-dark monster-themed miniature golf course, arcade and family entertainment center. It’s one of the hottest new entertainment venues in the U.S.! We are looking for an Asst. Manager who has outstanding customer service and communication skills, is organized, energetic and has a glowing personality. The ideal candidate must love working with children and families in a fun, fast paced environment. This position requires availability on Weekdays, Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Evening hours. Qualifications: – 3+ years experience working in a fast paced customer service oriented environment.
- Prior experience is similar Family Entertainment role preferred.
- Minimum one year managerial experience required
- Demonstrated ability to train, develop and manage staff.
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and experience operating a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work in a Unique, Darkened and Noisy environment. The music is always rockin!!!
Responsibilities include
- Ensure that all customers have a great experience at Monster Mini Golf.
- Promote our party packages, give tours of the facility and book parties.
- Create attractive merchandise displays and manage retail merchandise.
- Manage staff of 15-20.
- Shift Scheduling.
- Sales and Marketing of our products and services to new customers and the Community
- Party Hosting and Management- Management of facility: ensure that facility is clean at all times, all equipment is in working order, and prepared for all guests and parties.
- Keep track of inventory.
- Open and close facility, count and log cash each day, issue and reclaim registers.
- Manage snack bar, prepare and serve snack food and beverages.
