Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial and Patient AI & Advanced Analytics, primarily based in Bedminster, NJ, with consideration for Titusville, NJ, to lead the AI-driven transformational journey for Caplyta. This role will focus on the strategic application of AI and advanced analytics to Sales, Marketing, and Patient Support, influencing decision-making at the highest levels and identifying opportunities to drive commercial results and patient engagement while collaborating across the JNJ IM organization. The Associate Director will serve as the product owner and single point of contact for advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions, manage day-to-day relationships with leadership across brand sales and marketing, Data Strategy, Media Excellence, PECS, and IT teams, ensure compliance and patient confidentiality in partnership with HCC, privacy, and legal, and lead the evaluation of data sets and methodologies to improve predictive capabilities. Responsibilities include defining measurement frameworks, conducting A/B testing, advocating for change, and fostering innovation in patient support services. Candidates must have at least 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare, analytics, data science, marketing, management consulting, or a related field, a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (Masters or PhD preferred), experience managing budgets over $2M annually, and hands-on experience integrating and analyzing healthcare claims, electronic health records, lab results, specialty pharmacy, SDOH/consumer, and patient hub data for AI and advanced analytics solutions, including adherence, patient journey mapping, and treatment pathways. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing AI-driven initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry, expertise in predictive analytics and machine learning techniques, strong influencing and communication skills, intellectual curiosity, adaptability to shifting priorities, and up to 10% domestic travel is required.
