Job Description

Role Overview:
Comcast is seeking an Analyst to support strategy and operations execution within the Transportation Center of Excellence (COE). The role focuses on enhancing end-to-end transportation operations, improving overall network performance, and driving supply chain best practices. The position involves cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners, using data-driven strategies to optimize transportation and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support readiness activities for new devices, products, programs, and projects in operations.

  • Plan and execute small supply chain optimization projects (forward/reverse logistics).

  • Lead process improvement efforts and assist with larger sustainability initiatives.

  • Manage escalations from field and corporate teams, resolving vendor and operational issues.

  • Monitor inventory and production capacity, proactively identifying service-level risks.

  • Analyze KPIs, provide data-driven insights, and develop reports to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure supplier/vendor compliance with contracts and SLAs.

  • Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and risks to supply chain leadership.

  • Mentor junior analysts and provide operational guidance.

  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with key carriers/3PLs.

  • Stay current with freight industry trends and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

  • Optional: ASCM CLTD certification is a plus.

Education & Experience:
