Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Manager, Live Events Operations to oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of live sports and entertainment broadcasts across linear and digital platforms. You will manage operational staff, including Shift Supervisors, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth event execution. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, performance development, contingency planning, and serving as the event liaison for clients and partners.
Qualifications: Minimum 6 years in Broadcast Operations/Master Control or high-pressure live environments, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. College degree or equivalent experience required. Strong communication, team collaboration, and ability to work under pressure in a 24×7 environment. Broadcast playout automation experience preferred.
Desirable: Fluency in Spanish and interest in technology.
