Job Description

Position Overview:
The role focuses on leveraging data and process analysis to improve supply chain productivity, quality, and cost. The analyst participates in designing and implementing new supply chain systems across regional distribution centers and drives technology adoption initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify anomalies and improvement opportunities.
  • Present actionable insights for process improvement, compliance, and technology adoption.
  • Support training and problem resolution for internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party consultants to implement supply chain systems solutions.
  • Develop decision support tools and financial models to evaluate technology solutions.
  • Document business requirements, functional/system design, processes, and procedures.
  • Perform data management including data mining, modeling, analysis, and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Advanced SQL (complex queries, optimization, large datasets)
  • Python (data analysis, automation, foundational ML)
  • BI Tools: Power BI or Tableau
  • Advanced Excel (Macros, VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
  • Knowledge of supply chain analytics and operations

Education & Experience:

  • BS/BA in a related discipline with 2–5 years of relevant experience, or MS/MA with 2–4 years experience
  • Relevant certifications may be required in some areas

Work Environment:

  • Primarily indoor, office-based environment
  • Mostly sitting, occasional light lifting/movement
  • Occasional overnight travel (<10%)

  • Collaboration and cross-functional communication
